The Sustainability Showcases are weekly discussions highlighting the interdisciplinary nature of sustainability by creating a platform for stakeholders to engage with one another. The series makes connections between faculty research, personal and professional interest, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
When: Fridays, Noon to 1:30 p.m. (EDT)
RSVP: https://sustainability.psu.edu/showcase-series/
Speakers are invited to give a 30 to 45-minute talk, exploring questions related to this year’s theme of "Driving it Home" - including the origins and meanings of home, local social and environmental issues that hit home for students and other attendees, and ways to empower attendees to begin making their home communities more resilient.
